Team Building: The black pearl

Our team building experience, seeks to optimize the company performance and eficiency, similar to situations that occur on a sailing boat.

Analogies between sailing and the company appear quickly on board: teamwork, tactics to long and short-term, adaptation to various internal and external factors, team effective communication and willingness to achieve a common goal. The experience is designed specifically to suit the particular needs of your company or your corporate values

Through team building, it will be discovered values such as confidence, camaraderie, respect, competitiveness, communication; ultimately, it appears the real desire to achieve the objectives that the company may have as a participant of a team towards a common goal.

After a brief theory, quickly we will put into practice what they learned, checking personal and social skills in an alternative environment as a regatta sailingboat. Our activity  has a great impact on the participant, helping him, daily, to  that will always accompany you in your decision-making, helping him, daily, in the decision-making process, motivating, creating team dynamics, discovering individual qualities, collaborating, communicating, leading or creating enthusiasm.

On board, each participant wil steer the sailboat, trim the sails or will kept upright the vessel while others control the main sail or genoa sail and acts like as tactical. Then, to complete the objective, the members will rotate their positions. We will observe that as the team works together effectively communicating, cooperating with each other: the performance and eficiency increases rapidly.

Experience Plan

• Duration of the team building 7.30 h.
• After the check-in and welcome, we will make a brief description of the activity.
• Theoretical part of sailboat sailing
• Preparation of the equipment and putting into practice what was learned in the sailboats.
• For an optimal result, the characterization is a fundamental element, it will make us improve the belonging to a team.
• After the practical tests, we return to port to eat and replenish energy!
• After replenishing energies, we will sail and perform the final test.
• Award ceremony and socialization of the experience in the Hospitality Lounge.

• Check-In: 10.30 a.m.
• Sailing theory: 10.45 a.m.
• Characterization: 11.15 a.m.
• Team building: 11.30 a.m.
• Informal Meal: 13.30 a.m.
• Sailing - Regatta: 14.45 p.m.
• Awards: 17.00 p.m.
• Hospitality Lounge: 17.15 p.m.

Minimum of People

To perform a Team Building session must be at least groups of 12 people or equivalent price.
